I’m psyched to be leaving on Tuesday and heading to Houston. Nine of the men, and Des and I will be heading down south for the Houston half marathon. The field looks incredible and the weather should be great so get ready to see some fast times. After the amount of snow we have had this year I am ready to see some sunshine and have clear footing on our runs. I’ve looked ahead at the weather forecast for the upcoming week and it looks like a great week to be out of Michigan. We are leaving a few days earlier this year, which I have no complaints about because we can have a few days to get acclimated to the weather and get a workout in somewhere new. Check out our results on Sunday January 18th.

hey, good luck

I doubt you'd remember, but you kicked my ass at the Glen Iris 5k. I was like 'what time are you running' and tried staying with you, hah.. that was awesome. I hope you do well!
