Today i had a revelation. I need something in my life. I need a plan, something i can set my mind to and do it. I'm tired of pussy footing around and never going anywhere with my life, so i have decide to run. I am spending the next year of my life dedicating myself to running. At this time next year i will have already began my journey. I am planning on my farthest running spree i think i have ever gone on. had a race saturday morning. didnt do to bad actually. ran 17:10 and got first. im going to start hitting it every day now, because well, running is just about the only thing i have left in my life anymore. more »

I started my running career over this week. Been thinkin alot about runnin lately and what it has done for my life, and now, i think its time i give back to it.
