Does red wine count as a post-workout recovery drink? How about if it is two days after the workout??

Drinking water and Gatorade is better, although hard to believe...

RED wine is good during your dinner after a workout. Believe it or not, since red wine contains berries and is made from grapes and sorts...the grapes are high in antioxidants, which helps increase blood flow and allows faster recovery...
although an excessive amount is bad and this does contain alcohol, which dehydrates you as well...drink plenty of water while drinking wine...just keep it in moderation.
