Happy Independence Day everybody.

Ran the Claremont 5k today.

bleh. got I don't know what place. ran 17:13 for 3 miles. all blah...

5:08 for 1st mile.

came thru 10:38 for 2nd mile (5:30)

and then came thru 3 miles at 17:13 (6:35)

and then finished the last 200m in I don't know what cuz im pissed off that I can't find results. How hard is it to find M***ER FU**IN results DAMMIT!

6:35 last mile is pathetic. I raced like an idiot. I knew i couldnt run a 16 teens

seems like I still need to get into shape.
