So the traveling just keeps on going. In the past day I was in Clemson, Athens GA, and now Knoxville. Crazy schedule, not much sleep and going on runs definitely makes for a tiring schedule. Luckily for me, I've never really needed much sleep to get things done. But once I sit and slow down it definitely hits me. Enough about that....

Last weekend I saw some great stuff while at Clemson. Got together with some old teammates (Matt Clark and Mitch Greeley....young Bryce Iverson was also around as well). Got to see some workouts, some off-roadin (muddin for those in the south I think) and some FAST races! Travis Padgett got things cookin on Saturday when he ran his 9.96. It was my first live viewing of a sub-10 performance. The relay ran pretty well and I think they'll be giving some teams a run when nationals comes around. Yesterday I got up with Ian Burrell at UGA and he took me on my longest run in 6 months (I'll call is 10.5). I was able to see the UGA throws coach (Don Babbitt) and Reese Hoffa who was coming off a #2 world performance in the shot this past weekend.

Now I'm in Knoxville crashing with Jebreh Harris. Went for a nice easy 25 min run this morning to recover from yesterday. I'll be spending a few days here so I'm looking forward to it. Friday though, I NEED SOME HELP. I'll be heading back down to ATL for the Georgia Tech last chance meet but I need 1-2 volunteers. So if you'd like to help tape/commentate let me know. I think the races start around 6pm on Friday evening. Shoot me a message through Flotrackr and we'll work out any details.



I hope you guys are enjoying everything so far. You definitely have me working hard and learning a lot. Hopefully things are getting better as I go, but I definitely appreciate everyone's comments and support. I'm off to get some food cause I am HUNGRRRRRYY! See ya
