Unbelievably awesome; is how I would describe my Super Bowl Sunday. It started off with me waking up around noon and heading off to the football field to play some ultimate frisbee with my History Teacher Mr. Neagley (Who has to be the greatest history teacher ever and is a huge New York Giants fan). It was his idea of a little pre-game celebration. Although we fought nobly my team eventually fell to the trash-talking Neagley and his team who he compared to his New York Giants. Ironically, we fell just as the Patriots would later that day in an upset- our score 11-8. Following that disappointing performance I quickly showered up and drove over to one of my best friends Eli "Shake and Bake" Baker's house where we enjoyed a Super Bowl party together for the sixth year in a row. The party was epic and the game phenomenal. The plethora of food was impeccable, and I give props to Mrs. Baker for the cooking. Whoever said skinny kids can't can't eat obviously hasn't heard of long-distance runner before. I'm quite certain that the 5'11 135 pound garbage disposal(aka Me) scarfed down more food than anyone there. Anyways onto the game. The Game as I think it shall be known in time was probably the greatest super bowl ever. As I was rooting for the Giants I was extremely excited to see the Patriots go down. I'm still trying to clean the shit off of my skibbys from that David Tyree Helmet catch. Finally to cap off the great day I snuck out at 10 o'clock to go running. As I was so pumped up on adrenaline from reviewing the Giants win through SportsCenter I found myself clipping off my 3 mile run (I know I'm a pussy but it was late and I put it off) at sub six minute pace. A Glorious end to a glorious day.
