half-way home... i'm sitting in my hotel lobby about to be picked up by my trainer to get some work done and big dinner... so i thought i'd post.

just a couple things i have to say for now:

eugene fans are amazing! they actually like decathletes!

i feel great, better than i thought i'd feel.

my overall day was good, but not one performance was out of this world so- there's more to hope for down the road.

i just have to get a good night's sleep and be myself tomorrow and i'll have a shot to make the team!!!

i love Jesus.

take it easy guys and hopefully i'll have another blog tomorrow around this time with some good news!

Trey,
When God incarnates into human form as when God incarnated into Jesus form it is the greatest happening in the universe. These miraculous beings, such as Jesus, are not bound by our notions of separateness and time and space. So Jesus and God are always with you, within you, and without. I was there at the track in Austin when you and Jesus "took it home" on the 2nd day of the decathelon. I certainly have faith you both can do it again. Its time to bring it home! Go for it!. TIme for some prayer. Chuck
