I think I'm in pretty freaking good shape for once. I just finished my second week of Foundation Cross Country camp and I think I did pretty well. I got some good runs in and met some cool people. A lot of the coaches from other schools had no idea who I was before the camp though, so I guess being in the top group came as a surprise to them.

There's no question now that I think I'm going to break 17:00 in the 5K now. I don't want to be calling people out or anything, but if guys from my team ran 16:38 last year, there's no reason I can't now.
