I got in yesterday at around 5 pm and went for a run with Amy, Ryan, Josh, James, and Renee. My legs felt really good considering I was in planes for so many hours. I was really worried about how cold it was going to be here but its really nice. The sun is out right now and its probably between 40 and 50 if not warmer which is great running weather.

I got up this morning and ran up to the Royal Mile which took around 10 minutes where my girlfriend is staying but a call to her room wasn't enough to wake her up so I ran back. Running through the city is really interesting. I almost died several times due to looking the wrong way when I cross the street since everyone in this country drives on the wrong side of the road. The buildings are super old and it is fun to look at the architecture as I go by. We had a meeting after breakfast and went through all the ins and outs of this week and got our credentials.

My legs feel great and I am definitely more fit this weekend than I was for USA's, I'm excited to see what I can do. Being a spoiled kid from California most of the courses I do are pretty easy, so running a hard race on a tough course will be interesting and I'm not sure how my legs will respond. I'm really excited for Sunday though. The team is really good and everyone is super nice, hopefully we are very successful come race day.
