5 miles today (saturday Nov 28) on the Frenchtown towpath. Avg. pace was 6:34, total time was 32:49. It became EXTREMELY windy on the way back otherwise I would have ran faster. Run felt good. more »

I'm still up so it's technically no longer thanksgiving. However i ran on thanksgiving instead of being lazy. Which I am proud of. Though it wasn't a very productive run. 4 miles at 6:35 pace. This is my easy week. I'm doing 35 next week (starting to build up a mileage base again) and 40 the week after. I will stay at 40 that week and for three weeks after and then move on to 45, adding in speed stuff gradually. I am hoping to do really well in the 3200 this year (come spring season). more »

Today we ran the Meet of Champions. We placed 12th (I hate in when JJ beats me in predictions... I said 9th). Our team average was 17:32. I PBed by 25 seconds from last week running a 17:46. I am very happy with my race. The only critism I have for myself is that i went up the bowl too hard again. more »

4 miles, moderate to fast pace today. We're not taking it hard right now. Trying to stay fresh, but it shape for MOCs in 2 days. Going to be a fun day regardless of the results. I feel that we have a shot of 11th-9th place on saturday (at best obviously). This has been a very productive season for Del Val, despite some intra-team speed bumps along the way. Today Delaware Valley RHS placed 2ND at the Group II race at Holm Del park. We will be advancing to Meet of Champions for the first time since 1975. I would like to thank Coach Dave Giantisco for being so dedicated to our team, for without him we would not have come this far. more »

On Saturday we (Delaware Valley) won Central Jersey Group II Sectionals for the first time since 1986. We beat Red Bank Regional by 1 point. GO DEL VAL!! more »
