This is a bunch of bull... Just when Running is starting to really take off here in America, this happens. Its an Olympic year, why the hell aren't we watching Ncaa's right now.

Correct, CBS has the rights, they also own CSTV, neither is providing video. And Manu they do not think it will increase viewership, nor do they care. They are only interested in protecting their TV coverage rights, as would NBC, ABC or even ESPN.
This is a very old mindset, but they are paying for that right.

This is damn stupid, because NCAA doesn't fund the broadcast of any other track meets anyways so why should they try to impose some useless rules on flotrack. Flotrack has tried to promote track in the US.
