definantly the OSU workout. the songs were perfect, the workout was extrmely interesting to watch. i watched it twice just o see german and ryan bust out that 4:16 last mile

Also the trevor dunbar would have been a little better with music and nobody likes watching running in snow its just not colorful.

By far the Oklahoma State workout video. Inspirational, good music, good running, good movie.

The UW workout just edges the Mark video for Best of Nov. If there'd been some footage of Mark running along with the post-race interview, that woulda been tops, fo' sho'.

"Flo....Fo-Sho"...it was amazing to watch the GPS of Mark during the race and then to see Mark as he finished. What a finish too for the first full marathon. Keep on running, Mark!

Secret to Christine's Success because I found a Speciality's that weekend and I definitely recommend the semi-sweet chocolate chip. Trevor and OK St. workouts are a close second and third though.
