Ryan, thanks for getting the 5k B race up. They cut the live feed right at the start of it. Exciting race with the top guys switching it up.

we have a few more races and interviews coming. the internet situation is kinda crazy and is 5:30 AM here right now. I will get the rest of the interviews and races up after some sleep (the mcdonalds in town has free internet!). unfortunately no interview with teg. the 5k was one of the last events and the athletes went to eat/cool down at the end so i didn't get to see everyone from the 5ks. sorry about that.....but it was a great race for sure! teg is looking great
