I wasn't blaming Jay for anything. Burnt Out commented on breaks and I just said that Jay doesn't give really long breaks, I never said anything about mileage, and I meant to say I THINK she is single.

Mikel, #1) don't blame her coach, he was all for her backing off the mileage this year and #2) she isn't single and her bf is an ultimate fighter

She graduated from my school (University Nebraska-Lincoln) and she still has the same coach as I do, Jay Dirksen. He likes to work everyone pretty good and breaks in running aren't too long. Btw all you guys she is single haha.
