Jim and Michelle Doggett started Tri Valley Vault Track Club to support athletes outside of the high school season in Livermore, CA. They expanded their club to the elite level when the members of Tiger Bar Sports needed a club. The club has a permanent home in an indoor facility at the Port of Stockton.

The indoor facility features an 80 meter straightaway, pole vault, high jump, and long jump runways and pits, and shot and discus rings.
