Abdi has arrived in Flagstaff for some high altitude training. He is coming off a slight injury that's held him back the past few months but he's ready to start rolling now. Due to the lag in training Abdi will being staying in Flag all the way thru the US Championships to get fit a ready for a fast summer of racing.

I met him in Phoenix during a coaches convention. He was there to help induct his college coach into the Hall of Fame. He was great to talk to. He had some great training tips, too. Best of luck Abdi!
