I think this is great that Nate is having so much succes. I definitely do worry though about younger athletes doing this. Too often do I hear about people training themselves and not going the neccesary research (like Nate has done) to be successful and smart with their training.
sweet! I'm definitely not smart with my training. I stick to what I know and what I have learned over the years. I dont do the necessary research. I'm sure that being a self coach limits my ability to improve. its sad. But hey Nate is doing his thing - so there is hope!
