thats what xc is all about- harsh, tough course wth a mix of killer hills, mud, rain and cold. Thats why we do it because we enjoy the challenges that the elements bring to push us harder!

I like the Blair Witch effect of the camera and the gloomy wet background. THIS looks like a cross country course, unlike the post race interviews from the South Central and West regions.

This guy was very talented as Junior in the UK pretty much unbeatable in his age group. If you look at his results up to January 2008 he was awesome. Hes struggled with injuries last 18 months or so but if he can get back to his best he'll be right up there in every race

good to see carey running the carey way, hit the front and test people!
it seems that he is starting to recapture the form that saw him unbeatable a few years ago in britain. if he continues to show his ability expect some BIG performances.
