Brett will get his worth. Adidas does a much better job of sponsoring athlees than Brooks ever will. Whatever Hansens is offering will be dwarfed by Adidas, |

NO. I don't want Brett to change a thing. I want him to leverage the Hansons to get a real contract with Adidas. He should remain in Flagstaff and run for Greg. Just don't let them take you for granted. GET A $100K CONTRACT. The Hansons have made it easy for someone in negotiations. Adidas can't tell Brett that he is not worth $100k. |

Are you kidding?

Yeah. That makes sense. Leave the program and coach that have developed you into a runner faster than any runner Hansons has had and move from the ideal training location of Flagstaff to Michigan. Go to a program that destroys runners from a group that has 2 Olympians, 4 guys under 1:02:30; 4 under 28:30 and 2 under 28:00 and is becoming one of the best in the country. |

I was wondering the same thing myself, cramping in the neck perhaps. Seems like a classy guy, easy to root for. |

Why is he icing his neck? |

Wow! This is great for a debut, who knows what he can do in the future. Great job Brett! This could be a very big year for US distance running, what a start! |

His PR is now faster than Sell's. And to think that he ran 1:05:43 at the World Half Marathon in October! |
