Check out the course for the Brooks Paul Short Run at Lehigh's Murray H. Goodman Campus in Bethlehem, PA. It has been raining all day, so tomorrow races should be nice and muddy.

Justin, I didn't think you were old enough to remember the exploits of Henry Rono. In '78 he set world records in the 3,000, 5,000,10,000 and steeplechase within a 3 month span.
It's called the internet, old man.

It is...it hosted the NCAA meet 3 times, including 1979 when Henry Rono won his final xc title.
Do you remember that Justin? I didn't think you born yet when Rono had such an amazing run. In '78 he set world records in the 3,000, 5,000, 10,000 and steeplechase. He was so good ... he used to start running backwards, he'd be so far out in the lead.
