such a great outlook on running and very modest. he doesn't even mention the fact that he got "delhi belly" in india and was not 100% for his race. definitely reason for having no kick at the end of the race! |

When I was in Flagstaff a couple years ago, I was doing some repeats on the track and I saw him doing a tempo run. His form was very smooth and you could tell he was elite. Especially when I found out he had just been doing warmup! |
