Recently Stephanie Rothstein shattered her marathon PR at the 2011 Houston Marathon by almost 11 minutes! Stephanie Rothstein, currently running for McMillan Elite in Flagstaff, had several reasons for her breakthrough which came from not only consistent training, but also getting herself healthy by figuring out allergies within her diet. With it being a major marathon week here in the US with the 2011 Boston Marathon coming up, we sat down with Steph and talked about the strides she's made so far in 2011.

They have many gluten free options these days. Rice pasta, gluten free pizza crust, bread (although most don't taste that good). Plus all the normal cards that have always been gluten free, rice, corn tortillas, etc.

Maybe the interviewer should warn interviewee not to eat, chew, fart, or burp on video. You would think this would be a no-brainer but evindently not.
