Yeah, it seems the youtube rebroadcast was taken down. Does this mean that we will not be able to watch it online anymore? It was up yesterday, but no explanation anywhere why it was taken down. |

Is there any posting of the coverage out there? I recorded the NBC show and when I went to watch it, DirectTV displayed a BS message that the provider refused to boroadcast coverage in my area!! |

I'm mad about no live coverage, but even more upset that the archived video apparently isn't available, even after the tape delay broadcast! |

the united states does not care for distance running... they only care bout their american football and dogs.. which seems to be more important than the olympic trials... sad. |

Juat finished watching the tape delay on tv. Horrible that they couldn't interrupt cartoons to show it live. I am no longer suprised that this country doesn't care about running until the Olympics are on. NBC is showing the dog jumping championships now. It is disgusting that the tremendous efforts of our athletes are on par with dogs catching frisbees. I am also upset that I was unable to see a fellow teammates for two hours of viewing, not one minute of coverage of anyone not in the lead pack. Did they not have enough cameras? I bet they will have multiple angles to see the dog jumping. Craig has a lot more work to do to get USATA out of the basement of American sports. |

Seriously? No live coverage? How can anyone expect America to get excited about this sport or support their athletes if they can't see them?! |

If we can't watch it, the international competition can't either. Especially if great times are run, it lends a bit of mystery to our team. And they can take that mystery to London. |

I know it's been said, but i just have to vent! I'm incredibly disappointed that this race is not being streamed or broadcast live. Shame on you NBC and USATF. They could have offered this as a one-time paid event online (universalsports.com does it all the time) and we would all have paid for the privilege. Now all we get (except those in the blacked out areas) is 2 hrs of commercials, profiles and commentary, with probably 20 mins of running thrown in. This is just disrespectful to the athletes and their fans. |

I hope everyone who get's to watch the trials, either in person or on TV, has fun. As one of those in the NBC blackout zone, I will be soaking up news from the rest of you. |

Don't know if anyones heard the news but RUPP has withdrawn from the trials! According to Oregonlive.com , who interviewed Rupp and Salazar, "If he runs a marathon now, he wont be able to run any indoor meets"- A.S. Furthermore Alberto stated that he wants to work on Rupp's speed in the meantime rather than have him run the marathon. |

This event will not be viewable in my area either. I cannot express how disappointed and frustrated I am about this. I can watch minor track meets in Holland but I can't get the US Olympic trials on either television or computer. I have been an ARDENT track fan since the age of ten. I volunteer at local youth meets and follow the progress of young runners. But at 44, the USATF has just about snuffed-out my enthusiasm by denying me the opportunity to watch this event and through their general mismanagement of this sport. |

And how hard is a live stream with no commentary? A high school student can gather the technology to broadcast that... |

Frustrated.

USATF and NBC are virtually destroying the sport. They only get good ratings every year because there is nowhere else to watch the event, and then they falsely conclude that fans are content as a result. With today's technology, sports broadcasts should be providing MORE viewing options for the fans, not perpetually frustrating them with inadequate coverage and amateur commentary. |

The NBC station in my area has something else listed. No coverage here at all. Guess I will read about it in the newspaper .... USATF is failing to support this sport. |

The time for the TV broadcast has been removed from various places where it was previously listed. Is there to be no coverage at all ...? |
