Throwers don't usually back squat with a typical full rom. It's a shortened movement because it is more relevant to throwing. They also tend to lift in more an explosive manner. The logic is the transfer of training to their sport. He is not a weightlifter, he is a thrower and maybe the best we've ever seen |
