In preparation for the Diamond League final tomorrow, Shannon Rowbury ran a tune up workout three days before the race. Rowbury, the sixth place finisher at the Olympics, even gets some help from a special pacer in her final workout before Zurich. The workout consisted of two sets of 4 200's with a minute recovery between repeats and three minutes between sets.
