We thought Lawi was invincible until the end of the track season, then we saw what we thought might be a chink in the phenoms armor. This year he is out to hush doubters and we were on hand to see one of his first rust- busting workouts of the season. WORKOUT (Fartleks/interval combo): 10 mins on, 2 easy 8 mins on, 2 easy 6 mins on, 2 easy 4 mins on, 2 easy 2 mins on (38 mins total running)

Senior All American Jen Bergman looks to lead the Arizona women to the next level ...The Podium. The Wildcats have had shades of Glory on the XC course over the last two years, but have left Terre Haute disappointed multiple times. Last year the Wildcats went into the Championship ranked #8 in the country but only managed a 19th place finish. This year the team loses only one of the top 7 from last year's squad as well as getting back two potential redshirt athletes in Hannah Moen and Megan Meyer.
