Maverick Darling was 13th at nationals in 2010, 45th in 2011, and wants a top five finish in 2012. When his race didn't go as planned last year, he almost dropped out of NCAA XC Nationals. But he toughed it out, finished, and took home a team title. The Badgers 2012 are a different squad with a different story. As a team leader, Darling has high goals for Wisconsin and believes they'll be ready to go when they're ready.

Playmakers always has that baller playlist. Danger Zone came on after the 3200 at the 2011 honor roll meet. people were goin crazy.

2006. High School. Forest Akers Golf Course in Lansing. Spartan Invitational played the song Danger Zone when Maverick came in. awesome
