really like the idea of talking about each athlete before the race and it would in fact make it more exciting, however i never feel like the announcers on the television programs actually know that much information about each athlete, as maybe you or other track fans know. i think they would only be able to give a brief hit on maybe the top two in each field or so. so maybe this means they need to look into getting some more knowledgeable announcers |

Good outtakes Selby, you forgot about Olga Yegordopa. Dude, seriously you need to find your way into the broadcasting booth for these US meets like the trials, you would put alot of these announcers in their place. |
