Your summer training program has begun and I see many of you are keeping up with your training logs. That's great. I have committed to add to my log for the rest of the summer so that I can be in good enough shape in the fall to train with you all. Keep up the good work.

Yes, jog from 10-45 minutes depending on how you feel. Its just about getting time on your feet. Always aire on the side of cation with doubles. Doubles SHOULD NOT take away from your main workouts.
