We need to start getting more people on here to log their runs/workouts. It takes maybe 3 minutes tops... Let's get it done.
Back problems suck. I get bad back pain occasionally and it is nothing to mess around with. Get better soon. And on another note, start logging your mileage guys; there are only a handful of people from the team who are logging right now.
I'm out for a few days guys and girls. Something in my lower back got messed up at mile 5 on Sunday. It's gotten better but it's going slow. Maybe tomorrow I'll be back. I'll also get back up on here so you all know I'll be putting in the work. Really kick some ass during break because everything you do will show at the home meet. It's not hard for someone, especially coach who's been doing this for years, to know exactly what you've been up to over break.
It's officially indoor season!!! Let's put in the work over break!
