Hey everyone Distance today should do 5 x 1000 M @ 75-85% make sure you pace so you can get through all 5. Then Core

Sprint 10-16 x 100M not all out, give a good hard effort but make sure you have enough energy left to get through a good amount of them. Then run 1.5 miles and do some core!
MArathon was awesome yesterday very inspiring!!

Hey everyone... sorry I have't written workouts yet. I have been without internet. Tomorrow I would like distance to run 5 miles easy and sprint to run 3 miles. Tuesday will be a harder workout. DO sit ups and push ups and any other core you would like after your run.

I will be at the Boston Marathon Tomorrow watching people at the last mile mark!! Be happy you are only running 5 or 3 miles!!
Hope everyone is enjoying break

Race results will be up soon from our first meet. Amazing job by everyone! I am very proud of you all.

Check out this video, its very cool. Lopez is a lost boy from sudan. We gaduated high school in New York the same year that I did. We were at many races together and I've spent some time hanging out with him and his friend Dominic also a lost boy, before and after races.
His story is Amazing! At the last Olympics he was chosen to carry the US Flag in the opening ceremony. I was over come with emotions when I saw him carrying the flag in as I watched on TV. It was a pretty awesome sight!

This video is a good example of building strength without using heavy weights. This athlete is a mean, lean, muscle machine!!! He is a 400 runner and uses both very short distance and long distances to get into top shape!
