On the 'roids November 13, 2008
The knee continues its constant pain and comes back every
time I run even after 2 weeks off. Yesterday I got a ‘Roid injection in the knee. It is supposed to reduce inflammation,
therefore reducing interference and pain in the joint. Who knows? Maybe there is something to this steroid… more »
