About:
I'm Cody Earles, I'm a freshman at BHS and I plan to run XC and track. My goal in running is to get under 19 min on 5K and to get under 2:10 in the 800m. I also want to improve my PR in long jump to 17 feet.

We just do workout like 10X400 and a bunch of others. We just do a workout on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday then on the other days we do easy runs on the other days. It is a lot of fun because we can just go out on our own and run. We are running in the Frosty 5K this weekend. Are you?
