If you were stranded on a deserted island, what 3 things would you want:Books, paper and pen, sports equipment. I could keep myself entertained for days and I hardly eat or sleep when I start reading a good book anyways.

Why I am here:To get better duh
Favorite local run:Well it's not really a favorite but it's pretty much the only one I do regularly, Hinson/Rahling Road/Pebble Beach. It's a 3 mile loop, first mile downhill, second slightly uphill and in the sun, next half is a steep uphill with the sun beating on my back, followed by a steep downhill and a gradual downhill. End with a 400 up my street that I always kick. Favorite run would be 750ish meter hill repeats at the blind and deaf school.
Best run ever:Not too many really good ones to choose from. 4x800 final at state, ran a 2:01 split as anchor and outkicked a dude to get 8th. Catholic's first ever points at State. Then PRed in the open mile (4:38) to finish 7th even though my coach wanted me to drop out. Then PRed in the open 800 (2:04) to get 8th. Scored all 4 of my team's points, it was pretty exciting personally. Runner up: 10th place finish at State XC, first ever all-state runner from catholic. PRed at 17:03 (improved next week to 16:54 at the Meet of Champs). Led the team to a 5th place finish, only 2 points out of 3rd and 20 out of 2nd. Best ever team finish at State.
