Biggest Upset:Well we didn't actually upset them but during my Junior year of XC at the South Sioux City Invitational my Norfolk Catholic XC team lost by only 2 points to a nationally ranked Yankton XC team. But if that wasn't exciting enough, at that very same meet we beat Omaha Benson who eventually became the Class A State Champions. Also at Districts in West Point-Beemer my Sophomore year when I came back on the last lap of the 3200 meter run to place 4th and qualify for the State Meet.
If you were stranded on a deserted island, what 3 things would you want:I would want my laptop, iPod, and my XBox 360 with a tv to play it on.

Best run ever:Norfolk Catholic Invite my Senior year when I ran a time to attain the 3rd position on our schools All-Time Skyview Course Chart. District Track my Sophomore year in the 3200 meter run when I came from behind in the last lap to get 4th and qualify for the State Meet. Columbus Lakeview Duel my Freshman year when I went from being our 3rd runner on JV to our 3rd runner on Varsity in one race.

My events:I've ran every event in high school track from the 400 meters on up, except the open 400.
What are you training for?:My Freshman year of Cross Country for the Doane Tigers!!
xc, track or road?:Depends on the workout
If I'm not running, I'm...:eating, sleeping, shooting hoops, lifting weights, playing video games or hanging with friends. It is very rare I'm not doing one of those things because my life can get pretty boring.
High School Highlights:I have been blessed to have too many to mention. I'll just say I've won my fair share of state trophies and medals.
College Highlights:None yet but I'm training hard to make them happen!

oh and just so u know dont like completely flip out about my times...im pretty sure the distances around my neighborhood are slightly under what we have estimated them to be. so like i did go 5...but really its probably closer to 4.85 or 4.9.
