![]() | My advice, lower the length of the runs but pick up the pace. Try to keep it at 8:00 or faster. Running slower than that is not really going to do much for you. If you are feeling crappy its okay to take time and recover. If you keep running while being sick or injuried you'll just be prolonging the problem. |
