Be in the Right Position: Trail Leg Up Backs
Trey breaks down the importance of trail leg mechanics when running hurdles. When doing the exercise, he likes to really emphasize bringing his knee up to his armpit while maintaining upright posture as he moves forward, through the hurdles. He stresses that the drill teaches you to be under control, in the right position at all times.
