Trey says that this is the only time of the year where he has the option to train in spikes or not train in spikes. Post the Olympics, he was ready to take 'em off for a bit. Here he puts 'em back on and discusses how exactly when he HAS to train in spikes and why that is. Workout: Trey will be doing 12x 40 meter accelerations out of blocks, with every third acceleration incorporating sled pulls. The rest between reps is approximately 3 minutes.
