Experiment with setting up your blocks
In practice, you need to mess with alignment and find that "magic recipe" that makes you most powerful firing off the blocks. Trey discusses how he's had to fine tune his set up for blocks. Workout: Trey will be doing 12x 40 meter accelerations out of blocks, with every third acceleration incorporating sled pulls. The rest between reps is approximately 3 minutes.
