In 2009, the USATFF awarded $282000 in grants that will be directed to the development of elite and "up and coming" American distance runners and their clubs. The Foundation also granted $60000 to youth track and field programs nationally and continues to support numerous other youth, emerging, elite, and anti-doping programs. I had 3 flights, Austin to Houston to Newark to Oslo and 23 hours later I was in the hotel. The trip was smooth and I was able to get a run in when I got back. I am trying to stay awake all day so I can sleep well tonight, but its hard! If anything weird happens in the video that cause I was falling asleep while editing. I'll try to get a blog up with some more details about the trip when I get some rest. Enjoy and can't wait to get more up.
