With 2008 coming to an end we thought about all the great things that happened and wanted to remember some of them before we welcomed 2009. Starting Monday, for a 10 days we will present the "Best of 2008" where we will look back on videos and memories that help make the year what it was!

Mark hasn't lived in cold weather for like 7 years so he's a little soft on that.. But he is still a baller with the 2:36 marathon

Mark is actually from Chicaaaaago, so he knows what cold is all about. Maybe the Texas warmth has made him soft though. Just kidding bro. Keep on truckin boys.

hey the "Comedic Best" use id guy hit something pretty interesting there. Maybe each day can have a theme with your highlights of best of 2008, like, best "intense race/finishes", best "career changing races","Funniest videos of '08", "Best coaches interviews", and then like cap it off with "most memorable races/racers of '08" and def show Micheal Phelps .01 of a second finish over that one dude we all like to call second place finisher. haha

You two guys have made many mornings during the year even more enjoyable than they otherwise would have been. Of late, the Monday coaches interviews and the Wednesday workouts have been wonderful additions to what you've already been doing. Have a safe and happy new year.

my favorite part about this video is that Mark makes it look like it is 20 degrees outside but Ryan makes it look like it is 80 degrees.

What Kluft says at the end of that video was very apropos, given Ryan's change of career in the video above. Suprisingly wise advice coming from a video that's highlight is Mark being compared to a banana. Great year. Keep up the great work.

That cool Green Building is of course Flotrack HQ or as I would like to call it FloSPORTS HQ. Since they also have Flowrestling, Floswimming, and this idea is just a thought however I would definitely more Flo coveraged sports are on the way. Its a Florevolution or Flodomination which ever your choice haha! Pretty AWESOME!

P.S. Of course Flotrack is the best of the family, but the others are definitely pulling their weight.
