I'm surprised Wheating wasn't the big surprise... no one knew who he was at all until this spring/summer.
2:36 is a solid debut in my book! Mark, you should def shoot for the OTs and continue to get Flo out there. I'll be aiming for the 2:19...you have more time to improve when it comes to marathoning.
I think the biggest surprise of the year was Matt Tegenkamp have the fastest time going into the finals of the 5K at The Olympics
I like how Mark isn't even really that tired but is more concerned with the results of the elite races..Most. Def. Biggest Surprise.
