I can only ditto what all the rest say. How about asking some of the runners about using visualizations in their game plans? looking forward to Oaska.

Sorry for the short video but today was a long day. Andrew Carlson and I headed to the airport together at 7 in the morning after getting back from Heusden late on Saturday. I had a lot of fun the last 25 days and I could not of kept up the blog without all your support. It was hard work but well worth it. I learned, experienced new cultures and met a ton of great people. I will try to get a little recap video done here in the next couple days. I am in Austin so I think I will try to get a Leo Manzano workout, so look for that. I will be heading to Osaka and I'm thinking I will try to do something similar if you guys want. Tell me what you liked and didn't and I will try to make Osaka better. I think I am going to sleep for a couple days. I will talk to ya'll soon.

Ok. How do I get on board with this deal? How are you making $$$ doing this? Thanks for bringing back the good days. Can't wait to see the flocast of the Webb AR on ESPN! Dude, you ROCK.
You guys are holding it down for track and field hands down...great job on bringing out the athletes personaliy. We've found out that they are people just like any other normal human being...but with a lot more Vo2 max and lactade threshold.
Great job with the European trip. It was great to watch the races, watch the interviews and see some of the fun that the runners had in addition to the hard work. I'm looking forward to your Osaka coverage!
It's amazing to look back at the first few videos of the trip and see how much more mature you are with the camera now and how much more the athletes opened up to you for the last 10 days of the trip. I hope you do this for years to come because you've got something really special with this website. Keep it up.
Mark,You're providing better coverage of track and field than the American media ever has. As a track fan, I greatly appreciate all the work you have done and I look forward to your coverage of the World Championships. As I recall, there was no televised coverage in the US at the last world championships. I hope that is not the case this year but regardless I'm going to be checking flotrack religiously.
More Andrew Carlson, More workouts in osaka. Even More of you Mark. Flotrack is getting better and better. The best videos have come in the last 3 weeks. See you in Osaka.
it's been said a thousand times already but great set of videos... showing aspects of the european circuit we'd never see... the day to day stuff was great to mix it up ... the workout videos were top notch and of course... the flotrack 800 was incredibly entertaining... can't wait for Osaka...oh and the idea for the leonel manzano workout would be awesome! I'd love to see that kid tuning up for Osaka!
I really enjoyed the European Adventures videos. My favorite was the 800 race. It was quite entertaining. Keep up the great work and I'm looking forward to seeing what yall do in Osaka. Meanwhile, welcome back to Texas!
