Flotrack is getting MAJOR exposure at Mt. Sac, I heard the announcer say "go to flotrack and watch your face"
That was my league course and we did it at least 3 times a year (league finals, mt.sac invite, CIF-prelims, sometimes a league dual meet, always hoping to run CIF-finals there too, then they moved Footlocker there too.) Poop-out hill is just before mile 2. The switchbacks (also called goat hill) are first, then poop-out, then reservoir. They say that the course has remained the same, but they flattened out the path in the valley loop and chopped off one of the corners, it used to have a hair pinned turn around a big man-hole cover of some sort that it now goes to the inside of (Mark you can see it if you want, it is the first turn at the end of the air strip). Anyway, to all those out in California, it is an awesome experience!
You can't wear spikes on the course because it is against the rules of CIF to wear spikes in cross-country.
