I love you Flotrack guys, so don't get me wrong. I watched this entire meet live and on the east coast.

The commentary was great, but you couldn't hear it sometimes because the stadium announcer was too loud.
The camera work wasn't that great (especially in this race). I totally understand that equipment that you're working with, and it's not a complaint on that. The problem is that the camera wasn't focused on the leader during the last lap of the race. I don't know how that happens. I kept saying to myself, "why aren't they focused on Jager? He's nearly at the last water jump."
Overall though I'm not complaining. For what you guys are given, you do a great job. I thoroughly enjoy the races you guys get to cover and I am looking forward for me. Just keep improving.

Can't believe it 3 days ago

So, in the final 200, you focus on the move that 6th place was making to get to 5th... No more camera privileges for you sir.

Your deluding yourself if you think Donn would have caught Evan if he hadn't taken a swim. Evan's kick isn't so bad either. But hey, it's OK to dream.

I think 5 days ago

more people should make "profound" comments about the camera man missing the last 200m.

sean 5 days ago

dumb camera man. what an idiot. hardly ever focused on the leaders and especially that last 200 meters going back to see the people who made a move in 10th-ish place? don't let that man have a camera again.

Anonymous Coward 5 days ago

Why would they go back during the last 200? Stupid in my opinion

reality check 5 days ago

Jager was setting up for his devastating kick. Cabral is a good 8 seconds behind.

Syracuse guy in the "finishing credits"

That fall is nothing compared to USA's Henry Marsh at the 1983 World Championships final.

Let's also be honest 5 days ago

Donn Cabral has clearly shown time and time again that he has now developed a monster kick. Yes, Jäger had a gap, but no deficit is too large for the legendary "Cabral cannon". Track Jesus, baby!

Why did the camera man pan to the back in the last 200 of race? Not great.

Let's Be Honest 5 days ago

Yes great run but let's face it Evan Jager would have won but a lot if he hadn't taken a bath. . . Yes Don admitted Evan was way ahead but then he said something like he didn't know if he would have been able to catch him. No Don. Evan would have won by atleast 3 seconds if he hadn't had a major fall. Just keeping it real.

Anonymous Coward 6 days ago
