Matt Hillenbrand join Garrett Heath and Riley Masters as they grind out repeat 1000âs and a 400m breakdown. Mattâs workout was modified after a mid-season schedule change. Teammate Dorian Ulreyâs workout was also modified after gaining entry into the Diamond League in Birmingham.
