Meet Vince Anderson, coach of the women's sprints and men's and women's hurdles at three-time defending NCAA Outdoor Track and Field Champions, Texas A&M. Vince has been coaching at A&M since 2005, previously having coached at the University of Tennessee for 16 years.

Here he talks about newly turned pro, Porscha Lucas, along with relating all post collegiates out there. Enjoy this raw and uncut interview with the historic coach.
