Chris derick can beat German and German can beat Chris Derick, it just depends on whoss feeling better, and where they are in there training. You cant deny Dericks win at Stanford, or Germans win at worls cross.

To Oregon track club 23 hours ago. I was there for the 10k. The entire stands when nuts when Rupp sat for 24 laps and took off with 500 to go. I agree with you that they should have led a few laps... but be careful talking like that if you live in Oregon... because their hero didn't lead a step until the last lap.

Why hasn't anyone called Teg a tool for not leading any of the race until the last 100 meters?
I read this all the time about runners who just sit and kick here.

Lagat, Teg, and possibly Solinsky will be able to run with those Africans. The team is Legit and will go to Berlin and run tough. Tegs 13:04 pr will be reset this year I bet.

yah i agree.he just simply ran out of gas..i think if german would have started out with the lead pack he would have also been in their..should have been

fam made two really dumb moves going out that fast and then trying to regain the lead that quickly. it cost him a shot on the world's team.
