She was supposed to run 35 but ended almost a minute faster and looked effortless doing the workout. Wasn't much of a cutdown when she opened with a 5:45. It was more of a steady tempo run as she averaged 5:41.

I'm liking the camera angles. Flotrack is getting better with their camera work and it seems like they're buying better cameras (slow motion) and better cinematography film makers. Good job Ryan and crew.

Definitely one of the best WOW's I have ever seen. Great interview, great music and fantastic camera work. Doesn't hurt that Desi is such a bad ass either.
