Thomas Jefferson High School is located South of Seattle WA. The school has about 1900 students in grades 9 -12. The cross country and track and field programs have established as among the best programs in the largest large school (South Puget Sound League 4A) classification in the state. The girls cross country team in particular is one of the strongest teams in Washington qualifying as a team the past 8 consecutive years (currently only 3 other 4A in Washington can make this same claim) and have been on team podium 3 times (4th in 2004, 3rd in 2005 and 2nd in 2006).
